‘When is his time of arrival shouldn’t he be here, by now,’ Hark said ‘shut up your impatience is insufferable some day’s he will be here, Ricard has never let me down,’ Silva said she moved over to the sensor, console to look for any signs of a ship entering the system
‘Why would he meet us here though, in the Paratesh neutral zone’
‘Because of the damage ships dummy, no one will find us here amongst the debris’
Hark nodded in agreement, across the region the scattered giant warships that thought here was a major engagement between two warring races during the old war. The Rahilan a bird race that lived in high treetop and floating cities and the Krotki, insects hiding in underworld cities burrowing close to the core keeping away from the hot sun. Hark looked around the derelict Krotki and Rahila vessels through the viewport, some of them may have been made before was even born.
Hark thought back on the old tech, The ship’s back then also didn’t have today’s shield technology it didn’t exist back then. This made races build unique ships the Rahilan made light, nimble and fast ships enabling them to close on targets with surgical strikes, while the Krotki took on a different approach creating massive layers of armor protecting every part of their ship, according to the historical records they could take a direct blast from beam cannons this is a massive, feat for the times. The extra protection being formidable for its time had a drawback, the extra bulk made maneuvers slow making them easy targets.
